If your annual turnover from supplying goods or services in Malta exceeds the domestic registration threshold (currently €35,000 under Article 11 for small undertakings), registration under Article 10 is mandatory. You can also register voluntarily below the threshold, which allows you to charge VAT and reclaim input VAT on qualifying business expenses. We assist with initial VAT classification, registration through MTCA eServices, and ongoing quarterly filing.

Yes. We run monthly payroll end to end: payslips for your employees, the statutory employer returns, and the social security and tax calculations behind them. You send us the changes each month — new starters, leavers, hours, bonuses — and we handle the rest, including the filing deadlines, so nothing is missed while you are busy running the business.

In practice: your bank statements for the full year, sales and purchase invoices, payroll records, and details of any assets bought or sold. If we handle your bookkeeping through the year, we already hold most of it and year-end becomes a review rather than a scramble. We tell you what is outstanding well before the deadline rather than in the week before it.
