This website sets no cookies by default. The only cookie-like storage that can ever be set is an analytics identifier from Google Analytics, and only if you actively choose "Accept" on the banner shown on your first visit. If you choose "Reject", or simply close the banner without choosing, nothing is set and Google Analytics stays off.

The banner offers two equal choices: Accept and Reject. Neither is pre-selected, and Reject is exactly as easy to choose as Accept.

If you Accept, Google Analytics 4 begins measuring anonymous statistics — which pages are visited, roughly how, and for how long — so we can understand how the site is used. It is loaded through Google Tag Manager, which is itself only loaded after you accept.

If you Reject, or take no action, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Your visit is not counted anywhere.

Your choice is remembered in your browser (not sent to us) so you are not asked again on every page. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Fonts are served from this website itself rather than from a font provider, so no request leaves for another company when you load a page.

The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere or stored.

The company formation checklist remembers which items you have ticked only while the page is open. Nothing is saved between visits.

No advertising or marketing cookie is set by this website, and none of your data is used for ad targeting.

If we ever add a spam-protection widget, an embedded map beyond the one already on the Contact page, or a newsletter signup, this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
