Accurit Accountancy provides accounting, tax and advisory services in Malta. We are the controller for personal data submitted through this website.

This website has two forms. The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, the subject of your enquiry and your message. The free consultation form collects your name, email address, phone number, company name, industry, a preferred date and any notes you add.

We do not collect anything else. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script anywhere on this site.

We use what you send us solely to respond to your enquiry or to arrange the consultation you asked for.

The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry.

Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. Resend transmits the message; it does not use your data for its own purposes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

Enquiries remain in our mailbox for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you become a client, your records are kept for the period Maltese law requires of us. Otherwise we delete enquiries once they are no longer needed.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Email info@accuritaccountancy.com and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
